You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Can we check in or out early or late?
Absolutely! We charge €50 per hour for early/late check-ins or check-outs.
Are messy activities, such as watersports, permitted?
Yes, you are welcome to engage in messy activities, but please use the disposal sheets provided and ensure you clean up afterward.
Is smoking allowed in the dungeon?
No, we have a strict no-smoking policy, but vaping is permitted.
